The Velorail

in Nogaro

West of the Gers in Gascony, in Nogaro the Vélorail de l’Armagnac, an original idea for a ride within everyone’s reach is the ideal activity to do with family or friends.

Board a funny “pedalo” revisited and equipped with electric assistance: set off to discover the Gers countryside on a semi-tree-lined route.

Built on one of Gers’ first railroad lines, created in 1875, the Vélorail takes you on a tour of the Armagnac, Floc and Côtes de Gascogne vineyards.

A unique activity in the Gers for 2, 3, 4 or 5 people, young and old, for an unusual 12km round trip on a semi-tree-lined route. Reservations required.

Escape Game

in Labastide d'Armagnac

“Your mission: you have one hour to find the lost piece of the still that will enable Château Garreau to start distilling its Armagnac! Without you, all is lost! We’re counting on you!”

The Château Garreau, on which the Armagnac Ecomuseum is located, is a must-see wine tourism site in Armagnac.

Developed by the professionals at Fun Room Escape Game Mont de Marsan, this room is organized around the theme of Armagnac but requires no knowledge of Armagnac to overcome the riddles. A great opportunity to learn and discover Gascony’s heritage while having fun!

All year round, the Ecomusée de l’Armagnac offers visits: winemaker museum, still museum, exhibitions and video, nature trail, tasting and gourmet and cultural store.

New! outdoor treasure hunt available on the Graaly app.

The Bamboo Labyrinth

in Larroque-sur-l'Osse

Get to the Domaine du Péto, in Larroque-sur-l’Osse, in the Gers, to discover the Bamboo Labyrinth!

At the heart of our park populated by hundred-year-old trees (cedars of Lebanon, cypresses, redwoods, yews, umbrella pines…) wandering freely and peacefully, you’ll discover our bamboo grove that we’ve laid out as a labyrinth for the enjoyment of young and old alike.

At the picnic area, rest in our park sheltered by the rotunda and enjoy your snack in peace.

On-site, Domaine de Péto invites you to discover Armagnac, its history and its manufacturing secrets. Tastings are free of charge.

At the end of a pathway, discover a windmill (seasonal rental) overlooking the Osse valley, proof of the traditions and know-how of yesteryear.
